Starting out as a new real estate agent is very difficult. As a winner-take-all industry, it’s usually the big players who make headlines – while the majority of new agents fall off the map. When I started in real estate, failure was not an option. Luckily my backgrounds in Corporate Sales, Luxury Service, and Psychology would become the perfect tools to help differentiate my offering and make some serious waves for my competition.
